Access to nutritious food is an important part of an individual’s health. Unfortunately many in Fairview’s community are food insecure. Fairview’s Food is Medicine program, Fair Table, has brought together providers, local producers and organizations to prescribe nutritious food that is free, easy to access, locally sourced, and culturally connected. Because healthy food IS preventative care.
